  • Do you cover my area?
    We cover most of Mid Sussex but primarily concentrate on our own local area of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and surrounding villages.

  • What time of day do you clean?
    To provide the best service and minimal disruption we clean when you and your employees are not working.

  • Do you use your own cleaning materials?
    Yes we provide all the cleaning materials and equipment we need to carry out a professional job. It's no problem if you prefer to use your own materials and equipment and our quotation will reflect this.

  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we have a comprehensive insurance policy tailored specifically for the cleaning industry. It covers theft, loss of keys, damage to your property and public liability.

  • Do you work on bank holidays?
    No. our staff do not work we respect the importance of bank and public holidays.

  • What are your charges?
    Each job is competitively priced based upon the size of the premises, the type and frequency of cleaning. Please go to the book an appointment page for more information.

  • What about payment?
    A monthly invoice will be issued on the 1st of every month and must be paid within 30 days by BACS, Standing order or cheque
